I love the idea of doing something you love every day. Not a day goes by that I don’t do something I love, I can safely say that, but not always consciously. I can see how consciously saying to myself, “I’m going to read for 20 minutes because I love this book and I love reading it and if we eat dinner 20 minutes later, or we eat grilled cheese sandwiches instead of veggie lasagne, that’s fine, because I also love grilled cheese sandwiches,” would totally make my day.
